Rates & Information
The house and cabins are available for rent only on a weekly basis, Saturday PM through Saturday AM, from May through October. The weekly rates do not include daily house keeping/linen services. Each property has a washing machine and dryer and cleaning materials and equipment. Daily house keeping, linen and grocery/beverage services can be included at the additional charges listed below, if requested at least two weeks prior to stay.

Weekly Rental Rates (Sat. – Sun.):
Cabins (1 – 2 guests) : $ 1500/week
Cabins (3 – 4 guests) : $ 2000/week
House (1 – 6 guests) : $ 3000/week

Daily Rental Rates (2 night Minimum within one week):
Cabins (1 – 2 guests) : $ 275/night
Cabins (3 – 4 guests) : $ 375/night
House (1 – 6 guests) : $ 550/night

Additional Services:
• House keeping/linen service: $ 25/day
• Grocery shopping: $ 25/hour plus cost of groceries (I hour minimum)
• Reservations

To confirm a reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining amount due 44 days prior to your arrival. We will notify you of this payment due and automatically charge it to your credit card if requested. If there are fewer than 45 days remaining before you make reservations, the full 100% payment is required at the time of booking.

Taxes and fees for additional services will be charged additionally on your departure.

Cancellations
Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last-minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling the space. For this reason, we uphold a strict cancellation policy. If a cancellation is made 45 days or more prior to your arrival date, you may elect to either receive a refund of your deposit, less a $50 handling fee, or apply the entire amount of your deposit towards a future stay within the next year. If a cancellation is made less than 45 days prior to your arrival date, your initial deposit will not be refunded, however your second payment if paid will be refunded. Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed reservation dates, you will be responsible for all of the original time booked for your intended stay.

General Information
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:30 a.m.

The Ennis Homestead is an adult property, however, children above the age of fifteen are welcome. There are no pets allowed on the estate and all interior spaces are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside on the estate grounds if waste is properly disposed of.
