Rates & Information
The house and cabins are available for rent with a three night minimum. Each home has a washing machine and dryer and cleaning materials and equipment. Daily house keeping, linen and grocery/beverage services can be included for an additional charge, if requested at least two weeks prior to stay.

Reservation Policy
Our policy requires 50% deposit at the time of bookings, with the remainder due 30 days prior to your arrival. We will e-mail a payment reminder 10 days before your final payment is due.

Cancellations Policy
We know that plans sometimes change. That's okay. Our standard policy is that we'll offer a full refund of your deposit, less a $200 fee, if you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival. Within 60 days, we'll refund the deposit if we're able to re-book the dates you reserved.

General Information
Check-in time is 5:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

The Ennis Homestead will allow pets on an individual basis, also including an additional damage deposit. Smoking is permitted only outside on the estate grounds if waste is properly disposed of.
